Services

From trying softwareto trusting it.

Three phases. Each one ends in something you can point at — a decision, a system running in production, or a team that has taken ownership of it.

Value Creation Framework

01Business Understanding

Deep Alignment

Commercial objectives, revenue models, operational friction — before a line of code.

We start with the work, not the org chart. Interviews with the people who actually do the job, a walk through the systems they touch, and a hard look at what the data can support today. Then we model the return on each candidate and rank them.

What you end up with

A prioritised, costed roadmap you could hand to any competent team.

02Engineering Rigor

Zero Tech Debt

Clean systems boundaries, zero-trust security, scalable microservice foundations.

Architecture first, then a thin slice to production, then breadth. Every commit assumes the thing will be operated by someone who was not in the room when it was written — which is what separates a system from a prototype.

What you end up with

Working software in production, integrated with the estate you already run.

03AI Acceleration

3x Velocity

Domain-tuned generative AI, automated test synthesis, agentic workflows.

Controlled rollout, hands-on enablement for the teams who will own it, and instrumentation wired in from day one. We leave when the dashboards show the system is used, not when the code is merged.

What you end up with

Adoption you can measure, and a team that no longer needs us.

04Customer Success

Predictable Growth

Operational support, continuous SLA measurement, guaranteed IP ownership.

How it runs

What working with us looks like.

01

One team, one accountability

The people who scoped it build it and see it adopted. Nothing is handed to a delivery partner you have never met.

02

Fixed scope per phase

Each phase has its own deliverable and its own exit criteria. You decide whether to continue at every boundary.

03

Your estate, your constraints

Architecture is scoped to the infrastructure, data, and compliance posture you actually have — not the one a reference diagram assumes.

04

Handover is the deliverable

Documentation, runbooks, and enablement are part of the build, not a phase that gets cut when the timeline tightens.

What we do

Capabilities, Measured as Business Outcomes.

One team across the whole lifecycle. No handoffs to a delivery partner you never met.

Business Applications

Custom software that runs the way your business does.

Enterprise Systems

Integrated platforms that connect people, data, and process.

Mobile Applications

Secure, high-performance apps for customers and teams.

AI Automation & Intelligent Workflow Solutions

Process work that runs end to end, without a person in the middle.

Custom AI Solutions, Agents & Model Integration

Domain-tuned agents and models, integrated into your stack.

AI Enablement, Training & Adoption Programs

Teams trained to run the system, so adoption outlasts the rollout.

Questions

The things people ask before they call.

Integrators execute a specification you hand them. We decide what the specification should be, build it, and stay through adoption. The scope of the engagement is the outcome, not the ticket count.

Engineers, using AI as an instrument they remain accountable for. Domain-tuned models, automated test synthesis and agentic workflows are used where they measurably shorten the path, and a named engineer reviews, owns and signs off everything that reaches your repository. The speed comes from the tooling. The accountability does not move.

Debt is usually made of decisions nobody wrote down. System boundaries, security posture and operability are scoped before the first commit rather than retrofitted before launch, documentation and runbooks are part of the build rather than a final invoice line, and we aim to hand back an estate with fewer moving parts than we found. Where we inherit debt, we say plainly what it costs to carry and what it costs to clear.

You do. IP in the work product is yours, the code sits in your repositories from the first commit, and the architecture is built on standard, portable foundations rather than anything proprietary to us. Taking the system in-house or moving it to another partner is a handover — documentation, runbooks and a transition period — not a negotiation.

We work to SOC 2 Type II controls, sign your NDA before commercial discussion rather than after it, and build to a zero-trust posture by default: least-privilege access, encrypted data paths, and audit trails scoped to the obligations you carry. Where you are subject to sector regulation, that scope is agreed in writing before the work starts.

No. Modernisation runs alongside the business rather than instead of it. We take the estate in slices that can be released and reversed independently, run the old and new paths together until the new one has proven itself under real load, and cut over when the measurements say it is safe. A messy estate is the normal starting condition, not a blocker — assessing what your data and infrastructure can actually support is part of the work that opens the engagement.

With a prototype rather than a proposal. The opening phase is short and fixed in scope: it establishes the commercial objectives, maps where the operational friction actually sits, and puts something working in front of you — so the decision to continue is made against evidence rather than a deck. It runs in weeks, and it is priced and scoped before it begins.

Less than you expect at the start, and more than you expect at the end. The alignment work needs a handful of hours from the people who know how the work really happens, and engineering runs largely on our side. Adoption needs your teams properly, because that is where ownership transfers — and the engagement is not finished until they are running the system without us.
