Portfolio · Supply chain consultancy · Web

One page, built to answerquestions in the order they arrive.

A consultancy that implements and scales supply chain platforms, with AI embedded in the planning and execution workflows rather than sold alongside them. We did the positioning, the design and the build, and shipped it as a single scroll: each section answers the question the one above it raises, so a visitor who stops halfway has still been told something complete rather than half of everything.

The site hero, stating supply chain implementation with embedded AI in one headline, with the outcome it promises set in a solid band beneath.
The category and the differentiator in one line, and the promise in a band under it.

Positioning

/ 04

Vision and mission, set side by side.

A claim made in a hero stays a slogan until something beneath it does the work, and what does the work here is a separation most companies will not make: what the business exists for on one side, what it actually sells on the other, in two columns of equal weight. A reader can tell the ambition from the offer without being told which is which. Then it resolves into a single line, set large and alone — they build the intelligence layer behind modern logistics — and that is the sentence everything below has to earn.

  1. 01

    Implementation first, AI second

The headline makes the work the noun and the AI the method, so it reads as a practice rather than a pitch.

  2. 02

A promise in its own band

The outcome sits in a solid block directly under the headline, where a tagline would have floated.

  3. 03

    The paragraph names the gap

Four lines on the distance between a powerful product and an operational success — which is the gap the firm sells into.

A vision and mission section in two columns, resolving into one large line about building the intelligence layer behind modern logistics.
Two columns separate the ambition from the offer, then one line resolves both.
02

The ecosystem

/ 04

Two audiences, named separately.

A section that speaks to everyone tells nobody what they get. So this one does the unpopular thing and sorts the reader before it offers them anything, then answers each half in that half’s own language rather than in one paragraph with two audiences bolted onto it. It costs a little warmth, and it buys the only thing that matters on a consultancy site: a visitor who can tell, in one read, whether this firm has done the job for someone like them.

  1. 01

    Split before described

A reader is sorted into enterprise or product company before either is offered anything.

  2. 02

    End to end, named

Planning and forecasting, then operations and execution — the span is stated rather than assumed.

  3. 03

    One picture, kept quiet

A single grey warehouse photograph, so the type still carries the section.

An ecosystem section splitting the audience into enterprises and product companies, listing planning, forecasting, operations and execution beside a grey warehouse photograph.
The reader is sorted before either audience is told anything.
03

The offer

/ 04

Four services, one sentence each.

A capability list is where a consultancy usually gives itself away. The service it really sells gets three paragraphs, the rest get a line each, and a reader learns the true shape of the firm from the layout rather than from the words. This section refuses the tell — one grid, no hierarchy — and accepts the constraint that comes with it, which is that a service has to survive being said once. Anything that cannot is not yet a service; it is an intention.

  1. 01

    Equal weight, on purpose

Four cards of the same size, so nothing reads as the real offer with the rest as padding.

  2. 02

    One sentence each

Setup and deployment; connecting ERP, WMS and TMS; forecasting with AI; support after go-live.

  3. 03

    Nouns, not adjectives

Every card names something a buyer could put on a purchase order.

Four equally sized service cards — platform implementation, process integration, AI-driven optimisation and ongoing support — each with an icon and one sentence.
Four cards of the same size, so none of them reads as the real offer.
04

Delivery

/ 04

The whole engagement, in one strip.

How an engagement actually runs is the question a procurement reader arrives with, and most implementation firms answer it with a page. This answers it with a strip: four steps, no scrolling, read in about the time it takes to look at them — and it ends on the step most of those pages leave off their diagram entirely. One line and one button sit beneath it, so the method and the ask are taken in together rather than a scroll apart.

  1. 01

    Discover, then implement

Scoping is a step in the diagram rather than an assumption made before it.

  2. 02

    Integrate and optimise

The step that names making a new system agree with the ones already running.

  3. 03

    Support and evolve, in accent

The only coloured chevron is the one after go-live, so the eye finishes where the relationship does not.

A four-step delivery chevron — discover needs, implement solutions, integrate and optimise, support and evolve — with the last step in the accent colour and a single call to action beneath.
Four steps, one strip, and the accent falls on the step after go-live.

The last word

This shows how Famysys builds a site for a business whose product is judgement: start from what the company actually claims, order the page so each section answers the question the one above it raises, and finish on the step the competition leaves off its own diagram. If you can say what makes you different, we can build the page that makes a visitor believe it.
